Steve Crowder

President and Owner

Steve has previously been associated with Intercontinental Hotels Group® (IHG) and Starwood Hotels & Resorts® (SHR) as Vice President of Architecture and Construction, as well as Remington Hotel Corporation as Senior Vice President of Architecture and Construction. During his tenure at IHG, Steve was responsible for all projects in North and Latin America. While at SHR, Steve was instrumental in the development of the first W Hotels® developed both as new construction and as conversions of existing hotels. Steve has over 40 years experience in the development of new hotels and renovation of existing properties.

Susan Crowder

Vice President - Design

As Vice President of Design, Susan provides interior design services for hotel owners. Susan has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in hotel operations. Susan has previously been associated with Starwood Hotels and Resorts®, Meristar Hotels and Resorts, and Homestead Studio Suites, as well as several independent hotel firms. Since 2005, Susan has been an integral part of the SHG team both in interior design and also as President of our sister company, Strategic Purchasing Group, LLC in charge of purchasing of hotel furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Danette Brunson

Controller

Danie is responsible for all accounting functions for the SGH team, including cost reporting, monthly draw requests to our valuable clients and maintaining the accounting records of SHG. Danie has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry providing both accounting and purchasing services. Danie was previously associated with Starwood Hotels and Resorts®, and Doubletree Hotels®.

Joseph Goodman

Director - Business Development

Joseph is responsible for securing new business for SHG and maintaining relationships with existing clientele. Prior to joining SHG, Joseph was associated with high profile hotel firms such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts®, Doubletree Hotels®, Hilton®, and Atrium Holdings for a combined 20 years. Joseph's background has been concentrated in project management and purchasing of hotel FF&E and operating supplies.
