Strategic Hospitality Group, LLC (SHG) has over 75 years of experience developing, constructing, and renovating hotels. Projects sizes have ranged from $50,000 to $125,000,000 and varied from two stories to thirty stories in height. Hotels branded as Crowne Plaza®, Days Inn®, Doubletree®, Embassy Suites®, Fairmont®, Hampton Inn®, Hilton®, Holiday Inn®, Howard Johnson®, Intercontinental Hotels®, Mandarin Oriental®, Marriott®, Radisson®, Ramada Inn®, Residence Inn®, Sheraton®, W Hotels, and Westin® have been part of Strategic's portfolio of new and renovated hotel projects. Strategic has extensive experience in non-branded Four Star properties such as the Royal Palm Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ and Tower 23, a boutique hotel in San Diego, CA.

Strategic Hospitality Group, LLC supervises projects from site selection all the way to project completion and turnover to hotel operations. The supervision includes budgeting, scheduling, contract preparations, quality control, full project accounting, and coordination of furniture and equipment purchasing, required to complete both new hotel projects and hotel renovations.

Property evaluation, due-diligence reporting, and brand conversion budgeting are all an important part of SHG's offered services. Detailed brand conversion budgeting includes visual inspection of the asset property to determine the remaining life expectancy of all aspects of the physical plant and the best solution for improving the asset. Long term budgeting assists the hotel owner in setting priorities for all property improvements. SHG personnel have extensive experience in evaluating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems which gives SHG the ability to evaluate alternative systems for upgrading existing equipment, and examining potential problems that may affect the environment. SHG has completed numerous improvements to satisfy requirements of The American Disabilities Act (ADA) and has a working knowledge of the requirements of the ADA act.
